Plastic Injection Molding Service 塑膠射出產品量產服務
In 2024, Hong Ji introduced a fully electric injection molding production line, significantly enhancing our injection capacity. Our machines are well-suited for producing products made from a wide range of materials, including PP, PC, ABS, PA, PBT, POM, and TPU. These materials are suitable for both consumer commodities and engineering applications, offering versatility in functionality and performance. Currently, we operate two injection molding machines with clamping forces of 80 tons and 150 tons, respectively. Looking ahead, we plan to further expand our equipment to meet diverse customer demands and enhance production capacity.
2024 年，宏基導入全電式塑膠射出產線，幅提升注塑產能。我們的設備可加工多種材料，包括 PP、PC、ABS、PA、PBT、POM 和 TPU。這些材料展現出卓越的性能與高度的應用彈性且廣泛應用於民生用品與工程等領域。目前我們擁有兩台射出成型機，分別為 80 噸與 150 噸。未來我們也計畫持續擴充設備，以因應客戶多元化的需求並提升產能。
